Derek Bogdanoff

Derek Bogdanoff worked in the lab implementing ATAC-seq to explore nucleosome position as a potential mechanism for the transformative ability of mutations in the SWI/SNF complex in a model for rhabdoid tumors.

He now works at UCSF in the Faculty of Science
